I have posted pictures of the family and of baby Peyton - enjoy!

I'm a Grandma!!!!

On August 8 I was present when the most beautiful baby in the world made her appearance - Peyton Elliott Butler. I know everyone thinks their grandchild is the cutest, but mine really is. Life in general is the same old same old. I have good days and bad days dealing with my medical issues. My dogs are doing great. Dallas is back in school - thank god. Dacquiri's health has me worried - she works and goes to school, and she doesn't feel up to par, hope it's not mono. Talia should be a stay at home mom. Bob needs more time in Wendover. Let's face it - it's time to win the lottery!

It is very difficult to deal with things sometimes. Right now I am worried about not receiving any long term disability from Cigna. Obvious to all around me, I cannot return to work. My doctor says I'm depressed, and if we fix that I'll feel better. Who wouldn't be depressed if they had the physical issues I have. Doc - fix those and you'll fix the depression - then maybe I would be fit for real life.
I am hit from all sides regarding the Idaho situation. It is obvious the will must be made public, and followed. I am trying to play peace maker, so that everyone comes out a head, and friendly. It is ridiculous that my dad's will was not made public when he was alive - he truly felt that his children would be treated fairly, so I hold on to that hope too - but you never know and there has been so many lies.
Talia and James need to have their home purchase and baby's birth go smoothly. We just don't need any complications in these areas - most particularly in Peyton's situation. She is the light in all this gloom.
Dacquiri needs to quit worrying about moving, etc. She will end up where she is supposed to be. We all do - but I understand her anxiety, and wish her happiness.
Dallas, Dallas, Dallas - what can I say. He doesn't realize the pressure he puts on people as they watch him waste his life. He needs to grow up, get a job, get a wife ...and get a life!
I am visiting with Bob his family in San Diego right now - wish we could afford to live here - all of us. It would be nice to be around family. I sure do miss the boys (Cobb, Ratt, Korn and Brock) right now!!!!

crazy week

It was a crazy week - Dad's funeral was a sad time, but also a good time of reuniting of myself with family. Especially my cousins - Raymond,Robert, Emma Dee and Vaughn (my mom's side); and Ferrell (his great wife Tonnie), Tami (hubby Ron), Brett, Keith, Eugene, Ronald, Carla, Thayne, Bob (on my dad's). I'm sure I've missed someone - so I'll mention them as they come to me.

A big thanks to all the support - and to my two beautiful daughter's who stole the program with a song written and played by Talia and sung by Dacquiri. And thanks to Dallas and James who had some lifting to do as pallbearers. Bob was beside me every step of the way. Love you all!
